Terms of Service for SidoTaxi

Welcome to SidoTaxi ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SidoTaxi mobile application and related services ("Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Definitions

Service

The SidoTaxi mobile application and all related services, features, content, and functionality.

User

Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

Driver

Independent transportation providers who provide services through the SidoTaxi platform.

Content

All text, graphics, images, music, software, and other materials made available through the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Service Description

SidoTaxi provides a technology platform that connects users with independent third-party transportation providers. We do not provide transportation services.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Drivers or other users
• Damage or interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
• Use the Service to transport illegal or hazardous materials
• Smoke or consume alcohol in vehicles
• Request transportation for minors without proper supervision

5. Cancellation Policy

You may be charged a cancellation fee if:

• You cancel a ride after a Driver has been dispatched
• You fail to appear at the designated pickup location
• The Driver is required to wait beyond the allowed waiting time

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SidoTaxi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SidoTaxi shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• The conduct of any user or third party using the Service

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
